◦	COLLEGE ADVISEMENT - We offer free counseling to students and parents on the college admission process and college selection process.
◦	FINANCIAL AID SEMINARS - Several free seminars are offered in the community during the year usually at the schools or at the Grand Theater.
◦	PROBE FAIR - A booth is set up at this college admission fair to promote our scholarships and the DISCOVER® program. Seniors have an opportunity at one location to meet and talk with admissions directors from over 50 colleges around the Southeast.
◦	CHOICES® - an in school 2 class period experience lead by business and community leaders promoting character trait of self-discipline with the ultimate aim of encouraging students to set goals and to stay in school.
◦	DISCOVER® - a web based career assessment tool to help students discover their career path. This is made available to all 5 high schools through the school counselors and our office.
◦	ACADEMIC SUPER STAR - an annual recognition of students who have scored over 1200 on the SAT and/or 26 on the ACT college entrance exam.
◦	CAREER DAY - all 7th grade students in Cartersville and Bartow County school systems and Excel Christian Academy are bused to one location where business leaders give them a brief exposure to employment opportunities in their career field.
◦	SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT WORKSHOP – an awareness workshop of test scores and other indicators critical to our community presented to both the Bartow County and Cartersville School Boards, the school councils from every school and elected officers, Chamber of Commerce board and the Etowah Foundation Board.
