“I have been in college since fall of 2000. I am currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University, majoring in journalism. I have been in a wheelchair since before kindergarten. Since I have been in a wheelchair, I have noticed that disabled people have more expenses that normal people. I am thankful that the Etowah Foundation is available to me so I may apply for additional scholarships. I have been fortunate enough to receive the Ann Bunch Memorial Scholarship the past four years. The scholarship was established in memory of Ann Bunch, who had polio at an early age. I never would have thought that there would be a scholarship for me, but that just goes to show you there are scholarships available from donors with different interests”. - Jason Bourne
